Hello, I'm Emma and poor sleep had a devastating effect on my health and wellbeing, with stress playing a large part in this.

On my journey to better sleep and recovery, I learned new ways to recognise stress and manage it. This is exactly what I needed, to overcome how I responded to stress and understand why I was living with it.


In this course, From Stress to Sweet Dreams, I share with you what I learned and the techniques I still use today to manage stress and eliminate it from my life where I can.

Because stress and poor sleep affected me so much, I have created this course so you too can reduce stress and reclaim your sleep.

From Stress to Sweet Dreams is a self-paced, self-study course that will guide you through identifying the true sources of your stress, and support you in logging and tracking the stressors you encounter, as well as the quality of your sleep.


You will look at how you are currently coping with stress and learn new techniques for managing and eliminating it from your life.


In tracking your sleep, you will have an overview of how you are really sleeping. Knowing the quality of your sleep and how much you are actually getting, you can begin to take steps to improve it.


Over the course of four weeks, with the support of your Stress and Sleep Diary, you will bring everything together to reduce stress and reclaim sleep. Then, you will plan to maintain the low levels of stress and blissful sleep you have achieved, and learn new ways in which to do this.

Stress and Sleep Diary

The Stress and Sleep Diary, included with your course, is a powerful tool in helping you to identify stress and how it is affecting your sleep.


With a daily reflection chart, you will gain insight into the stress you are living with, the causes and its effects on you and your sleep.


Your stress & sleep tracker gives you a weekly overview of the levels of stress you experience, as well as the quality and duration of your sleep.


Continuing to work through your diary, you have questions to prompt you to go deeper into discovering the true sources of your stress and how you have been coping with it.


At the end of each week, you will look back by reviewing stress and your sleep over the course of that week.


You will do this for four weeks to get a true picture of the reduction in stress and improvement in sleep, before moving on to plan how you will maintain lower levels of stress and better quality sleep.
